Myclubsport.com is a online sports registration agency, it offer online registration service for over 10,000 clubs in Australia. The members of each club are various from less than a hundred to over a thousand. The is a ecommerce site with large transactions for membership registration.

Myclubsport.com also offer club online administration functions for each club, those functions include:

  • Manage the players and emergency contacts.
  • Team management and official management.
  • Communicate to players and officials effectively thourgh the website
  • Members registration management

Solution

After analyze the business requirements of Myclubsport.com, Micony delivered a ASP.NET application, provide manageability, monitoring, and performance for their business solution. 

Google Map integration Geographically locating clubs have become a demanding process. To increase customer’s physical accessibility, we have configured all club locations’ addresses in Myclubsport.com, using Google Map API to generate map on fly .

Challenge

ITRAKKA is a company provides RFID solutions for industry hose pressure test and maintenance, ITRAKKA ask Micony to provide a Windows PDA solution with central web server to manage the onsite pressure test and hose maintenance tasks and results.

ITRAKKA requires a PDA application installed in TDS NomadTM handheld computer, with the ability to synchronize the server to transfer the task and test results, those functions include:

  • Assign the task through central server to site technician's PDA.
  • Supply the product/parts data when onsite technician requests.
  • Results aggregation and task management
  • Auto syncronisation for PDA to server.
  • Backend server must integrate with ITRKKA's web server which is using PHP/MySQL.

Solution

Micony delivered a Windows Mobile solution in PDA, developed PHP/MySQL task management system in the web server, also built an interface to communicate backend PHP/MySQL web server, provide reliable, effective, and performance oriented business solution for ITRAKKA. 

.NET PHP/MySQL integration Micony developed components interfacing with .NET Windows Mobile with PHP/MySQL server, data is fetched, updated through the custom developed component which ensures data integrity and reliability. .
